Residential Services
EIG Services offers Residential Services designed to meet individuals where they are while supporting them in achieving greater independence over time. We provide a variety of community living options, including both home and apartment settings, with support levels tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. Services range from intermittent assistance to up to 24-hour staffing and include access to in-company nursing support, medication management, and individualized assistance with daily living activities. Our team works alongside individuals to develop skills in areas such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, budgeting, health and wellness, community integration, and other life skills that promote independence and self-confidence. Through a person-centered approach, we strive to create supportive living environments where individuals can build meaningful lives, pursue personal goals, and experience success on their own terms.

Respite Services
EIG Services' Respite Services provide temporary, person-centered support that gives primary caregivers the opportunity to rest, recharge, or attend to personal responsibilities while ensuring their loved one receives high-quality care. Whether support is needed for a few hours or a longer period of time, our trained staff provide individualized assistance based on each person's unique needs, preferences, and daily routines. We strive to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where individuals can continue developing skills, participating in meaningful activities, and maintaining the routines that are important to them, while families enjoy peace of mind knowing their loved one is in compassionate and capable hands.

Community Participation Support
EIG Services' Community Participation Support (CPS) program is designed to help individuals build meaningful lives through active engagement in their communities. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all schedule, our person-centered approach focuses on each individual's interests, strengths, and personal goals. Individuals are supported in exploring new hobbies, volunteering, developing pre-vocational and independent living skills, building social connections, and participating in activities that promote confidence, personal growth, and community inclusion. Behavioral Support
EIG Services' Behavioral Support Services are designed to help individuals achieve greater independence, improve quality of life, and reach their personal goals through compassionate, evidence-based, and person-centered practices.
